First Post!

So, our lovely friends at Blue Castle Photography, Jonathon and Carrie, have inspired me to start blogging about life, reading, love, friends, and just everything! I'm so impressed with their diligence at keeping up on their zillion blogs, that I've decided, despite Andy's discouragements that we already have too many blogs that we don't post on, to create a blog about life - specifically our life.

So, this blog really isn't Andy & Elisha's blog. It's Elisha's blog about Andy and Elisha, God, and life. Hence the title - andyandelisha.blogspot.com

Today at work has been more difficult than normal. I think not working for one wonderful week has made returning that much harder. I loved remembering what it was like to spend a day reading, talking with friends, and just not being plain old exhausted all the time. I'm praying that God will teach me contentment and help me change my attitude about everything. So far - I'm being resistant to God answering my own prayer, because it is just so much easier to let myself get frustrated with work and everything that it prevents me from doing.

So, lunch is almost over here at the ole office, so I'm going to eat and blog more later. I have to fill up all this endless blogspace with more words. woot!
